Lunch with the President - Recap 6/20/2024
Topic of Discussion: How to Create Value and Improve Business Performance
In our recent Lunch with the President session, we explored the topic of creating value and improving business performance, drawing insights from the practices of family-owned businesses.
Notably, family-owned businesses account for 70% of global GDP and 60% of global employment. These enterprises prioritize purpose above profit, a mindset that significantly contributes to their adaptability and resilience.
The session featured engaging conversations with our Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs), where we discussed how to incorporate the strategic actions and mindset of family-owned businesses to enhance the performance and sustainability of minority-owned businesses. Participants shared valuable experiences and strategies, making the discussion rich and informative.
We extend our sincere thanks to all participants for their active involvement and insightful contributions. Your engagement made this session a great success.
We look forward to our next session and continuing these impactful discussions. For those who couldn’t attend or wish to revisit the conversation, click the link to view the recording of the session.
