About
Hello, my name is Bessy Banegas, and I am proud to serve as the Corporate Service Specialist for the Houston Minority Supplier Development Council.
My role centers on fostering strong, impactful relationships between our corporate members and MBEs to enhance inclusion in contracting opportunities. I provide critical resources that support our corporate members in refining their internal programs and sourcing top-tier certified suppliers.
As the Corporate Service Specialist, my key responsibilities include:
- Connecting MBEs within HMSDC to targeted sourcing opportunities and forecasted needs in the public and private sectors.
- Assisting in the execution of corporate programs that create more inclusive supply chains.
- Delivering data analytics to measure key performance indicators related to corporate member engagement.
- Coordinating procurement events and facilitating meaningful supplier connections.
