The External Projects & Data Analytics Manager is responsible for grants and external facing technology and projects that create revenue streams and improve the organization’s engagement with corporate members, MBEs and strategic partner organizations. They manage the data analytics of HMSDC by utilizing big data and transforming it into organization insights to help improve service delivery for our corporate members, MBEs and community stakeholders.

• Serve as the data, process and knowledge owner for external projects and data analytics
• Manage external stakeholder feedback and survey results for grants
• Provide oversite and management for the maintenance of HMSDC databases
• Identify opportunities to expand the marketplace for MBEs
• Grant writing, management, execution, tracking and reporting
• Serve as liaison to Marketplace Committee
• Represent HMSDC at external and community events
